  • Shipping

OUHI ships worldwide.
Canada: Allow approximately 2-7 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.
Elsewhere: You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. You may have to pay duties.
OUHI is not responsible if package is shipped to wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Return policy

We’re sorry to know that your purchase did not meet your expectations. OUHI is committed to the satisfaction of our customers. Here is our return policy:
  • Exchange and credit

You are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.  Please have the order number for any exchange or credit. Your item must not be worn, must be in its original condition and original packaging (pouch and box). Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, OUHI has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers. Exchanges must be of equal pricing to original piece purchased.
If you received a damaged item or if anything is broken after wearing, we can fix it within 30 days of delivery. 
We do not offer refunds and after 30 days, we no longer accept exchanges.
All items that are final sale, including discounted items, are final and cannot be exchanged.
  • Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel an order, please email info@ouhijewellery.com and we will see if cancellation is possible. As we try to fulfill orders quickly, cancelling is not guaranteed.
Cancellation accepted within 30 minutes of placing an order.
  • Jewellery care

OUHI Jewellery is made of precious metals. However, taking good care of it will make it last longer. Do not wear in the shower or while swimming, do not spray perfumes on it.
Store it in a safe, dry place.
